Linsay has been a resident of Madison Township for more than 10 years and is originally from Fairborn, Ohio. She is married to Jerry Windle, and together they have two children who attend Madison Local Schools. Linsay previously served as a Production Manager for a dry cleaning and fire restoration company for 23 years. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Office Management in 2012 and began her role as Office Manager in December 2024. In this position, Linsay oversees the day-to-day operations of the township. She is deeply committed to the well-being of the community and dedicated to serving the needs and priorities of Madison Township residents.
